My paintings are professionally packaged with 1/2" bubble wrap and polyfoam sheets where necessary. The paintings are then placed inside a double-wall corrugated box for added security and 'FRAGILE' stickers are placed over the box.
Hand made paintings(Custom Orders) are subject to Exchange only.Posters and Prints are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged product please send us the picture of the product within 2 days of receiving it and ship the product back to us in the same package or equivalent package.When the returned item is received, customer will get a confirmation email.We will either exchange the painting for another for equal value or recreate your painting again.
